ATLANTA – November 21, 2011 – Hotel AG announced today that the firm brokered the sale of the Red Roof Inn in Tampa-Brandon, Florida on behalf of RRI NC I LLC. The 120-room property sold to Saihari Inc. for an undisclosed amount.
Victor Kalyanji, vice president and partner of the firm, stated, “On
this transaction we worked with an out of state buyer who secured SBA financing, stated Victor Kalyanji, vice president and partner of the firm. “The buyer will be planning renovations in stages to re-position the property in the market.”
