ATLANTA – November 14, 2011 – Hotel AG announced today that the firm brokered the sale of two hotels that included a 74-room Fairfield Inn & Suites in Archdale, North Carolina and a 131-room Red Roof Inn in Chandler, Arizona. The hotels were sold on behalf of LNR Property Corporation and RRI NC I LLC, respectively.

. Both buyers plan to make the necessary renovations and keep the current brand.”
